Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Sunday) if placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery Estimates:
We estimate that orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the shipment date. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday to the address provided by the customer. Note that we do not deliver to collection points.

While we strive to meet our shipping and delivery schedules, Keltrana cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

If you decide to change your mind about your purchase, Keltrana provides a 30-day return period, starting from the day after your product is delivered. To initiate the return process, please contact us at support@keltrana.com for a hassle-free experience.

Return Policy Conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.
• Manufacturer’s seals should remain intact.
• There must be no damage caused by customer handling or use.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging. To start your return, reach out to us at support@keltrana.com, outlining your reasons for the return, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once our logistics team receives and checks the returned item, Keltrana will process your refund within seven business days.

Returns Due to Customer Error:
If a return is initiated due to customer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind, or any non-defective reason), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Steps for Returning Your Item:

1. Check Return Eligibility: Ensure you are within the 30-day window from the date your item was delivered.

5. Ship the Return: Use a trackable, insured shipping method to send the item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
